JOZEF BRUDŇÁK – EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF

The desserts at Café Mozart are overseen by experienced Executive Pastry Chef Jozef Brudňák. Each of his desserts has its own unique story. A former professional soccer goalkeeper, he found his second passion in the art of pastry making, which he now pursues at Hotel Lomnica. His journey from the soccer field to the world of exclusive gastronomy taught him discipline, perseverance, and a constant desire to improve. Thanks to these skills, Jozef creates desserts that are works of art at first glance.
