"It is extremely valuable and symbolic for us to receive the award of the best hotel restaurant in Slovakia, in the very year when Falstaff enters our market. It is a recognition of our long-term efforts in which we focus on the highest quality and authentic gastronomic experience," adds Patrik Pokrývka.

Sissi did not lag behind this success in the Gault&Millau awards, which were associated with the arrival of another, eponymous international gastronomic guide. "We have had a really successful few weeks at Sissi. The launch of such gastronomic guides as Falstaff and Gault&Millau means a lot for the Slovak gastronomic scene, and the fact that we came away from both awards with such success is a confirmation that we can offer an experience that stands up in an international context, even in the east of Slovakia," concludes Patrik, who can also boast the title of Young Talent of the Year.
