The white tomato soup at Sissi Restaurant is a celebration of summer flavors. It’s made from pure tomato juice that retains the natural freshness of ripe tomatoes. A delicate base of root vegetables is complemented by fresh cheese and pickled tomatoes, which give it a fresh, light flavor.

Every course on the summer à la carte menu at Sissi Restaurant tells its own story. ✨
It begins with beef tartare served with a crispy brioche, homemade potato chips, and basil mayonnaise. It continues with a refreshing white tomato soup, as light as a summer day.
It surprises with roasted carrots served with yellow carrot purée, crispy quinoa, and a sauce made from homemade almond milk. This is followed by tender lamb loin with pea purée, pickled apricots from Farna, and a sauce made with Dunaj VIAJUR wine.
If you prefer light and tender meat, we also offer a delicate beef sirloin steak with potato dumplings, chive mayonnaise, crispy celery straws, and red wine-glazed shallots.
