- Morning yoga on the garden terrace led by an experienced instructor (every Saturday and Sunday, 9:00–10:00 a.m.)
- Water with a Twist: a gentle guided workout in the pool to help you start your day (Saturday, August 22, and Sunday, August 23, 8:30–9:00 a.m.). Suitable for adults and children ages 3 and up
- Evening Guided Sauna Session: Aromatherapy with the scent of traditional Tatra herbs, a brush massage, a steam skin treatment, and relaxing music therapy to promote better sleep
Time blocks:
7:15 p.m. | 8:15 p.m. | 9:15 p.m. Evening guided sauna session (Finnish sauna)
7:45 p.m. | 8:45 p.m. Complete Steam-Based Skin Care
