You can book your treatment directly online via our website, by phone or by email. We recommend booking your preferred time in advance, ideally at least one day before your scheduled appointment - especially for weekend and evening appointments.
Yeah. Our spa rituals and treatments are open to anyone who desires regeneration, regardless of whether they are a hotel guest.
We have designed our treatments as a way to balance body and mind. If you are hesitant about your choice, we will be happy to advise you - by phone, email or on-site during your pre-treatment consultation.
It is ideal to arrive at the wellness reception with time to spare so that you can enjoy a relaxed start.
Non-accommodated guests will appreciate an extra 15 minutes to change, complete the questionnaire and take a moment to tune in over a cup of tea.
For guests arriving in a dressing gown directly from their room, arriving approximately 5 minutes before the treatment will suffice.
Guests arrive directly from their room in a bathrobe. Outside guests have a bathrobe and slippers ready in the cloakroom, and disposable underwear is available directly in the massage room. The massage takes place under a sheet or towel, the body remains discreetly covered at all times - only the part being massaged is always uncovered.
Yeah. All treatments on our menu - with the exception of body and facial treatments - can be done together in a room with two massage couches. This format is suitable for couples, friends and parent and child and provides a shared experience while maintaining individual attention. Implementation is subject to availability of dates and therapists.
We work exclusively with cosmetics that respect the skin, the senses and the environment. In our treatments we use products of the Slovak premium brand +421 for&to oneself and the luxury French brand Anne Semonin.
Everyone deserves a moment to themselves - although not all treatments are suitable for everyone, we are always happy to recommend a safe and suitable alternative.
A light snack before your treatment can boost your comfort, while a full stomach or complete starvation can diminish the experience.
Treatments cannot be undertaken for acute illnesses, infections, fresh injuries or when under the influence of alcohol. In such cases, we recommend rescheduling or choosing an alternative form of relaxation.
During pregnancy, we do not provide treatments during the first trimester or the last month. During the rest of the period, we will be happy to recommend a gentle relaxing massage specially adapted for mothers-to-be.
