At your service

To make your visit to Kuszmann's Bazaar as comfortable and hassle-free as possible, we have prepared a range of services to make your stay even more enjoyable.

• Reception

  The stay begins at the reception of Hotel Lomnica with a pleasant relaxation in the form of a welcome drink not only for adults, but also for our little guests. The reception staff will give you all the basic and useful information regarding your stay and will especially remind you of the need to book our services in the hotel in order to ensure the best possible quality, personal care and perfect experience.
  
  If necessary, you can visit the reception in person in the lobby of the hotel or conveniently contact it directly from your suite via the Teams app, which you can find on your tablet.

• Parking

  Each apartment comes with a parking space directly in front of the Kuszmann's Bazaar building. The underground garage of Hotel Lomnica is also available for a fee.

• Hotel garden

  The garden is located on the 2nd floor of the historic part of the hotel. It is only accessible to guests staying in Hotel Lomnica and Kuszmann's Bazaar, which provides perfect privacy. You can relax here with views of the Tatra peaks, take a walk, sit on the benches or relax in the two whirlpools. The terrace is open daily from 8.00 to 22.00. Please respect the comfort of other guests during your visit to the hotel garden.

• Limousine service

  To ensure maximum comfort, you can use the hotel's transfer service to get to the hotel. Please contact the reception or Guest Relations Manager if you are interested.

• Early check-in

  If the accommodation capacity allows, we also provide an early check-in option. For more information, please contact Hotel Lomnica reception.

• Late check-out

  If the accommodation capacity allows, we also provide a late check-out option. For more information, please contact the reception of Hotel Lomnica.

• Ski storage

  There is a ski storage room, located on the ground floor next to the entrance from the car park. Each apartment comes with a heated locker where you can safely store your skis, ski boots or other sports equipment. During the night, the lockers are used for sanitizing and drying your gear, so you'll find your ski gear dry, clean and ready for your next skiing trip. If you are interested in using the ski storage room, please contact the hotel reception.

• Charging station

  The hotel has a charging station in the garage and one in the car park. A plug from RWE is required for charging. To use our charging station, you need the correct adapter. We will provide you with information on which adapter it is and the price of the service at the reception.

• Non-smoking accommodation

  To ensure a healthy environment for all, the accommodation is non-smoking. Please respect that smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

• Ski rental

  If you want to rent skis or other winter equipment, our Guest Relations Manager or colleagues at the reception will be happy to help you.

• Bicycle and electric bike rental

  We will be happy to arrange bicycle and e-bike rental with complete equipment (helmet, lock). Bikes and e-bikes can be stored free of charge during your stay with us. Please contact reception or the Guest Relations Manager for the latest prices for bicycle and e-bike rental.

• Apron

  Extra beds are available in the rooms in the form of fixed beds, in some room types it is also possible to add a mobile bed. For more information, please contact reception or the reservations department.

• Skibus

  The hotel ski bus will take you directly to the ski resort and back to your accommodation after skiing free of charge and in comfort. The exact departure times of the ski bus can be found at the hotel reception. If you are interested in transport to other parts of the Tatras or the surrounding area, please contact the hotel reception.

• Losses and finds

  In case of lost and found, please contact the hotel reception. You can rely on the discretion and reliability of our staff. We store all found items for a period of 6 months.

• Cleaning

  Housekeeping takes care of order every day from 6.00 am to 4.00 pm. If you leave a "Do Not Disturb" card on the outside of the door during the day, your apartment will remain uncleaned. If you would like a topper, laundry or ironing service in addition to basic cleaning or bed making, please contact the hotel reception. If you hang your green "Ecco Programme" card on the door to help us protect the environment, the cleaning service will clean your apartment without changing the towels and bed linen.

• Luggage storage

  You can safely and conveniently store your belongings in the hotel's safe deposit box, located at the reception. This will give you even more time to explore the High Tatras. Please contact the hotel reception if necessary.

• Excursions

  Organizing trips during your stay in Kuszmann's Bazaar is a topic that our Guest Relations Manager is dedicated to, and he will be happy to help you with the appropriate selection and organization.

• Topper

  For added comfort, we can prepare a bed topper on request.

• Babysitting

  If you are interested in using hotel services individually, in a romantic environment and you do not know what to do with the care of your children, we will be happy to prepare a tailor-made solution in the form of babysitting. We offer this service with our partner company, which has many years of experience in the field of childcare and the creation of creative animation programs.
