Back to the Roots. That's the name of the culinary show of the chef who boasts the most Michelin stars in his native country. Enrico Bartolini's return to his roots brings us to his very first restaurant, the opening of which launched his extraordinary career. Enrico took the helm of Le Robinia in 2005 and the dishes that now make up the Back to the Roots menu have been prepared there since the very opening. Enrico Bartolini was born in 1979 in Castelmartini, Tuscany. He was originally going to become a shoemaker, following the example of his father, but the paths of life led him to the hotel academy. His fascination with food and fine dining led him to seek new opportunities beyond Italy's borders, and he apprenticed himself to haute cuisine in the kitchens of culinary masters in Paris and London. Today, he is one of the most acclaimed and celebrated chefs of his time, and several Michelin-starred restaurants bear his signature.

Enrico Bartolini in the restaurant in Tatranská Lomnica will star with a 5-course tasting menu, this time in a unique combination with the Slovak winery VIAJUR. However, the kitchen will not be the only place where the likable chef will present himself. His visit to Slovakia will also include a moderated discussion with refreshments, which will take place the morning after the tasting dinner.
