Experiential gastronomy has a privileged place in Hotel Lomnica and that is why we have matched the historic spaces under the vaults of the Franz Josef restaurant to the distinctive flavours and concept of our fine dining.

Culinary art is not only a passion for us, but also a moment of discovery. Our gastronomic team, led by Creative Chef Tomáš Ševčík, will guide you through an excursion of flavours in combinations that create delicate art on the plate. The trumps they will pull out of the sleeves of their robes will remain shrouded in mystery until the very last moment.

In every single move resonates vibrancy, imagination and invention and it's up to you whether you choose to:

An original experience not only on the plate

To enhance the dining experience, we combine a tasting dinner with drinks that are customized to each individual course. Wines with a distinctive terroir, recommended by our sommelier, blend the flavours perfectly. You can choose between alcoholic or non-alcoholic pairings.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the date of the tasting dinner. Tasting dinner capacity is LIMITED, so feel free to reserve your table and choose one of the last available dates:

• - 15, 16, 22, 23 and 29 October
• - 5, 6, 19, 20, 26, and 27 November
• - 3, 4, 17, 18, 27, 28, 29, 30 December

We can adapt the composition of the tasting dinner to vegetarians, but not to food intolerances.
The tasting dinner is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
