A concierge will greet you at the hotel's entrance. He will be happy to help you get out of the car, unload your luggage and transfer it to your hotel room. Feel free to ask him to park your car in the outdoor parking lot or in the hotel garage. He will be happy to escort you directly to your room and help you move your luggage again when you leave the hotel, or take care of your luggage after check-out.

Ski storage

Hotel Lomnica Hotel Lomnica
It is located on the ground floor next to the elevator in the historic part of the hotel. Each room has its own locker where you can safely store your skis and leave your ski boots to dry. During the night, the locker is always disinfecting and drying your equipment. In the morning you will find your ski gear dry, clean and ready for the next skiing trip. If necessary, we will also be happy to service your skis for you.

To make your visit to Hotel Lomnica as comfortable and hassle-free as possible, we have prepared a range of services to make your stay even more pleasant. At the reception door you are always greeted with a smile by a reliable team who will be happy to help or advise you with anything.

  • Reception

    Your stay at Hotel Lomnica begins at the reception with a pleasant welcome drink not only for adults, but also for small children. The reception staff will will give you all the basic and useful information regarding your stay, especially you informs you about the need to book our services in the hotel due to to ensure the best possible quality, personal care and a perfect experience.

    If necessary, you can visit the reception in person in the lobby of the hotel or conveniently call from your room on extension 500 or 501

  • Pets

    Pets are allowed in reserved rooms in the historic part of our hotel. However, it is not allowed in the public catering areas (café, restaurants), except on the terrace of the hotel, which is open in case of good weather. For more detailed information, please contact the hotel reception. If you wish, they will provide sleeping cots or water and food bowls for your pets.
    Please hang a "Pets in Room" card on the outside of the door if you decide to leave your pet alone in the room. This will save your pet and our staff from a stressful experience.

  • Garage

    An underground garage is available for guests, but capacity is limited.
    Please contact the hotel reception for current rates.

  • Hotel garden

    The garden is located in the historical part of the hotel on the 2nd floor. It is only accessible to the guests, thus protecting their privacy. They can relax here from 8.00 to 22.00 with a view of the Tatra peaks, sit on the benches and relax or just take a walk for a while and breathe in the fresh air. Please respect the comfort of other guests during your visits to the hotel garden.

  • Limousine service (transfer)

    To ensure maximum comfort, you can use the hotel's transfer service to get to the hotel. Please contact the reception or Guest Relations Manager if you are interested.

  • Early check-in

    Early check-in - if the capacity of the hotel allows, we also provide early check-in option. For more information please contact the hotel reception Lomnica.

  • Late check-out

    Late check-out - if the hotel capacity allows, we also provide late check-out option. For more information please contact the reception.

  • Ski storage

    The ski storage room is located on the ground floor next to the lift in the historic part of the hotel. Each room has its own locker where you can safely store your skis and leave your ski boots to dry. During the night, the locker is always disinfected and drying of your equipment. In the morning you will find your ski gear dry, clean and ready for the next skiing trip. The ski room is also used for putting away other sports equipment.

  • Charging station

    The hotel has a charging station in the garage and one in the car park. A plug from RWE is required for charging. To use our charging station, you need the correct adapter. Information on what kind of adapter it is, and the price, will be given to you at the reception.

  • Non-smoking hotel

    To ensure a healthy environment for all, Hotel Lomnica is non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. You can smoke in designated areas, namely in the hotel garden, in front of the hotel or in Club 80.

  • Parking

    To ensure that your holiday starts as soon as you arrive at the hotel, our concierge is ready to park your car in the hotel car park or in the hotel garage.

  • Ski rental

    If you want to rent skis or other winter equipment, our Guest Relations Manager or reception will be happy to help you.

  • Bicycle and electric bike rental

    Guest Relations Manager will arrange the rental of bicycles and e-bikes with complete equipment (helmet, lock). Bikes and e-bikes can be stored for free during your stay. Please contact reception or the Guest Relations Manager for the latest prices for bicycle and e-bike rental.

  • Laundry

    PRACTICE

    If you need to wash your laundry, you can use the hotel's laundry service, which is available from 6.00 am to 6.00 pm. Simply fill in the form in your room and we will take care of getting your clothes clean and fragrant again.

    ONE HOUR IRONING

    Do you need your clothes ironed? Extra hourly ironing is available daily from 6.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. Just contact the reception desk at flap 506.

  • Apron

    Extra beds are available in the rooms in the form of fixed beds and in in some room types, a mobile bed can be added. More information will be available at the reception (or in the reservation department).

  • Skibus

    The hotel ski bus will take you directly to the ski resort and back to the hotel after skiing free of charge and in comfort. The exact departure times of the ski bus can be found at the hotel reception. If you are interested in transport to other parts of the Tatras or the surrounding area, please contact the hotel reception.

  • Losses and finds

    In case of lost and found, please contact the hotel reception. You can rely on the discretion and reliability of our staff. All found items are stored for 6 months.

  • Safe deposit box

    Each room is equipped with a safe for valuables. There are also instructions for use for each one. In case of blockage, please contact reception.

  • Tourist book

    The tourist book is located at the hotel reception and is used to record tourist trips and tours of our guests. In case of danger, the following are information is available to the Mountain Rescue Service, which is responsible for the safety of hikers in the field. Part of of the local fee is the insurance for the Mountain Rescue Service.

  • Cleaning

    Housekeeping takes care of order every day from 6.00 am to 8.00 pm. If you leave a "Do Not Disturb" card on the outside of the door during the day, your room will remain uncleaned. Please contact reception if you would like a topper, washing and ironing in addition to basic cleaning or bed making. If you hang your green "Ecco Programme" card on the door to help us protect the environment, the cleaning service will not change your towels and bed linen, but will, of course, clean your room.

  • Luggage storage

    The luggage room is located at the reception, where you can safely and conveniently store your belongings to give you even more time to spend in the High Tatras. In case of contact the hotel reception.

  • Excursions

    Organizing excursions during your stay at Hotel Lomnica is a topic that our Guest Relations Manager is dedicated to, who will be happy to help you with the appropriate selection and organization.

  • Topper

    To ensure greater comfort, we can prepare a bed topper for you on request.

  • Room service

    Room service is provided on all suites and apartments. It is available from 07:00 - 01:00.

    Drink service is available in all hotel rooms from 07:00 - 01:00.

  • Babysitting

    If you are interested in using hotel services individually, in a romantic environment and you do not know what to do with the care of your children, we will be happy to prepare a tailor-made solution in the form of babysitting. Babysitting must be booked 24 hours in advance. For any further information, please contact the reception or Guest Relations Manager.

  • SERVICE FEE

    From 15 April 2024, we have introduced a service charge of 5% of the amount spent on the service or product, which is automatically added to your total bill. With its introduction, we will effectively reward all our employees. The biggest advantage is that it will be distributed fairly among all employees, effectively replacing traditional tips. Employees will thus be newly rewarded for their services according to global trends. Although the service charge is an additional cost to the guest, it is not unusual. On the contrary, it is already a common standard in the world.
