The Porter will greet you in front of the hotel entrance. He will be happy to help you get out of the car, unload your luggage, and carry it to your hotel room. You can ask him to park your car in the outdoor car park or in the hotel garage. He will also be happy to accompany you directly to your room and upon departure from the hotel, he will help you carry your luggage again or take care of its storage after check-out.

Ski room

Hotel Lomnica Hotel Lomnica
It is located at the ground floor next to the elevator in the historical section of the hotel. Each hotel room has its own locker, where you can safely store your skis and let the ski boots dry. During the night, your equipment in the locker is always disinfected and dried. In the morning, you will find your skiing gear dry, clean, and ready for the next day of skiing action. If necessary, we will also be happy to service your skiing gear for you.

Right at the entrance, you will always be welcome by our smiling and dependable staff, happy to help or advise you with anything that you may need.

  • Reception

    The reception desk is where your stay at the Hotel Lomnica begins. We will offer you a delicious and relaxing welcome drink available not only for adults, but also for your little loved ones. Our friendly reception staff will provide you with all the basic and useful information regarding your stay at the Lomnica. In particular, they will notify you about the need to book some of our services on the hotel premises to ensure we deliver the best possible quality, personal care, and a perfect experience from your stay with us.

    If necessary, you can visit the reception in person in the hotel lobby or conveniently call the extension 500 or 501 from the comfort of your hotel room.

  • Lomnica shop

    Present yourself or your loved ones with a gift or a favour to remember your stay at Hotel Lomnica. The hotel shop will delight you with its gift items and delicate little sweet souvenirs. The offer also includes hairdressing and beauty cosmetics, jewellery collections or seasonal apparel. Should you forget any personal hygiene items at home, the hotel shop will easily help you deal with this problem, too. You can also spend relaxing moments of comfort with an original book in your hands – the art publications issued by the Lomnica Gallery can also be purchased in our shop. We will also be happy to serve you outside the opening hours. If you are interested, please contact the reception desk.

  • Pets

    Pets may stay in selected rooms in the historical section of our hotel. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in public dining areas (the café and our restaurants), with the exception of the hotel terrace which is open in case of favourable weather. For more detailed information, please contact the hotel reception. If desired, they will provide sleeping lairs or bowls for water and food for your furry friends. If you decide to leave your pet in the room alone, be so kind to place the “Pet in the room” notice card on the door handle from the outside. In this way, we will protect your pet and our staff from a potential stressful encounter.

  • Car garage

    There is an underground garage available for guests with a limited capacity.

  • Hotel garden

    It is located in the historical section of the hotel on the 2nd floor. To protect your privacy, it is accessible only for the accommodated guests. Guests can relax here from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. while enjoying the view of the Tatra peaks, rest on a bench and take it easy or just take a stroll and simply enjoy a breath of fresh air for a while. Please respect the comfort and convenience of other guests when visiting the hotel garden.

  • Limousine service

    To ensure maximum comfort, you can use our transfer services when travelling to or from the hotel. If you are interested, please contact the reception desk or the Guest Relations Manager.

  • Early check-in

    Early check-in – if allowed by the hotel capacity, we also provide early check-in. For more information, please contact the reception desk.

  • Late check-out

    Late check-out – if allowed by the hotel capacity, we also provide late check-outs. For more information, please contact the reception desk.

  • Ski room

    It is located at the ground floor next to the elevator in the historical section of the hotel. Each hotel room has its own locker, where you can safely store your skis and let the ski boots dry. During the night, your equipment in the locker is always disinfected and dried. In the morning, you will find your skiing gear dry, clean, and ready for the next day of skiing action. The ski room may also be used for storage of other sports equipment.

  • Charging station

    The hotel has an e-car charging station in the garage and one more in the car park. For charging, it is necessary to have an RWE connector. To use our charging station, you need the right adapter. The reception desk will provide you with information about the adapter and the related price.

  • Non-smoking hotel

    To ensure a healthy environment for all, Hotel Lomnica is a non-smoking facility. Smoking in the hotel rooms is forbidden. You may smoke in designated areas, namely in the hotel garden, in front of the hotel or in Clube 80.

  • Parking

    To make sure your holiday stars right upon arrival at the hotel, our Porter is ready to park your car in the hotel car park or in the hotel garage.

  • Ski rental

    If you want to rent skis or other winter equipment, our Guest Relations Manager or the reception desk will be happy to help you.

  • Bicycle and e-bike rental

    Our Guest Relations Manager will arrange rental of bicycles and e-bikes with complete equipment (helmet, safety lock). During your stay at the hotel, we can store your bikes and e-bikes free of charge. The reception desk or guest relations manager will provide you with the current rental prices for bicycles and e-bikes.

  • Laundry Service

    In case you need to have your laundry washed, you can use the services of the hotel laundry available to you from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Just complete the form in your room and we will make sure that you find your clothes clean and with fresh smell again.

  • Additional bed

    In the rooms there are extra beds available in the form of fixed bedsteads while in some types of rooms it is possible to add a mobile extra bed. For more information, please contact the reception (or the reservation department).

  • Skibus

    The hotel ski bus will take you directly to the ski resort and back to the hotel after skiing: free of charge and comfortably. The exact departure times of the ski bus can be found at the hotel reception. If you are interested in getting transportation to other parts of the Tatras or its surroundings, please contact the hotel reception.

  • Lost and Found

    In case of lost or found items, please contact the reception desk. You can rely on discreteness and reliability of our staff. We store all found items for 6 months.

  • Transfer

    Hotel Lomnica provides transfer services. Please contact the hotel reception for information on the price and conditions of transfer reservation.

  • Safe

    Each room features a safe to store your valuables. You will find instructions for use next to the safe. In case the safe should get blocked, the reception will be happy to assist you.

  • Tourism and hiking log

    It is located at the reception desk and serves to record hiking trips and tours taken by our guests. In case of danger, this data shall be provided to the Mountain Rescue Service, which is responsible for the safety of tourists out there in the mountainous terrain. The local fee also includes insurance for the intervention by the Mountain Rescue Service.

  • Cleaning

    Our housekeeping staff takes care of the cleaning every day from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Should you leave a “Do Not Disturb” card on the outside of the door during the day, your room shall not be cleaned. If, in addition to basic cleaning or bedding, you are interested in a topper, washing and ironing or cleaning of your shoes, contact the reception, please.

  • Luggage Storage

    The luggage room is located at the reception desk, where you can safely and conveniently store your belongings, so that you have even more time to spend in the High Tatras. If necessary, please contact the hotel reception.

  • Trips and Excursions

    To ensure even greater comfort, we can prepare a topper for your bed on request.

  • Topper

    Na zabezpečenie väčšieho pohodlia vám môžeme na vyžiadanie pripraviť topper na lôžko.

  • SERVICE CHARGE

    As of April 15, 2024, we have introduced a service fee in our operation in the amount of 5% of the amount spent for the service or product, while this fee is automatically added to the total bill. Thanks to its introduction, we will effectively reward all our employees. The biggest advantage is that it will be distributed among all employees in a fair and efficient way, thus replacing the classic tip. Employees will thus be remunerated for services provided according to global trends. The guest service fee is an additional cost, but it is not unusual. On the contrary, it is already a common standard in the world.
