Two countries, two brands, two teams, two roads, but a common goal...
You might not think to look for parallels between the well-known Czech concept of Salabka and our Pálffy Manor, but if we go deeper, we will find that we have many similarities. We have our own wineries and a history of wine production, which in the case of Salabka dates back to the 13th century, but here in Svatá Jur we have "only" 600 year old cellars and a 600 year old story.
We also have our own tasting concept, which is based on local ingredients and a return to tradition.
However, we have translated tradition with invention and a pinch of playfulness and ambition. We are constantly pushing our boundaries to create sophisticated and playful gourmet experiences.

The perfect interplay of wines and tasting courses is strictly but lovingly supervised by the two teams of SalabkyaPálffy Manor, who deepen their experience and knowledge directly in the vineyards and cellars of their own wineries. The art of cooking and sommelier intertwine in a harmonious whole of fine-tuned wine pairing flavours. The dinners will include special wine pairings from our ViaJur winery. You will also have the alternative of an exclusive water pairing, where you will have the opportunity to taste a special selection of Slovak and Czech mineral waters.
Salabka is situated in a boutique vineyard in the hills of the Prague-Troja district. Wine has been grown and processed here since the 13th century into excellent wines and spirits. Creative and modern cooking under the baton of Chef Petr Kunc, with years of experience in Michelin star restaurants, puts the emphasis on local ingredients and products. Dishes are seasonal and imaginative, full of flavours and textures. Salabka restaurant is one of the restaurants included in the Michelin Guide.
Located near Bratislava, in Svätý Jur, it is a place where history is combined with culture and experience. The art of wine, which is born in more than 600-year-old cellars, is elegantly combined with top gastronomy. The latter is inspired by honest Austro-Hungarian cuisine as well as traditional dishes from the region of the Little Carpathians with an esprit of modernity. The team, led by Creative Chef Tomáš Ševčík, will demonstrate their culinary artistry right before your eyes, enhancing the experience of the tasting menu. In the exclusive representative spaces of the Salon Habsburg in the Manor House, you will be able to enjoy experiential gastronomy, unique creations from first-class ingredients in a visual setting that creates gems on the plate.
