We have teamed up our great chefs from the fine dining restaurant Franz Josef with star chefs from the Michelin-starred restaurant Osteria di Passignano and together they will prepare an exceptional 12-course tasting menu with wine pairing. The fantastic evening will be taken care of by the chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Osteria di Passignano Matteo Lorenzini and his team, and our amazing Tomáš Ševčík, Martin Klaučo and Patrik Pokrywka.
The Osteria di Passignano restaurant is part of the Antinori estate in the heart of the Chianti region. It is named after the old abbey of Badia di Passignano, whose wine cellars give maturity to the exceptional Italian Chianti. In the kitchen, just like us, they focus on seasonality and local ingredients in order to preserve the strong legacy of Tuscan traditions.
