On the fourth of May, the cutlery will again be clinking against plates full of incredible food in Hotel Lomnica. The First Lady of the Tatra Mountains Hotel Lomnica in her restaurant Sissi will host the Michelin-starred restaurant Anna Stuben, which is located in the South Tyrol region in the Italian Dolomites. We have teamed up our wonderful chefs from Hotel Lomnica with the star chefs from the Michelin star restaurant Anna Stuben and together they will prepare an exceptional 10-course tasting menu with wine pairing. Our Group Executive Chef Tomáš Ševčík and Restaurant Anna Stuben's Executive Chef Reimund Brunner and their teams will ensure a fantastic evening.

The family-run Anna Stuben restaurant is located in the Italian South Tyrolean region of Val Gardena in the five-star Gardena Grodnerhof Hotel. Its kitchen has been headed for the past 10 years by chef Reimund Brunner, whose cuisine is inspired by the local ingredients of the Upper Adige, but is also open to using ingredients from further afield, including fish and seafood, in dishes that are lighter and fresher.
