The magic of a bath is not just about soaking in a tub of hot water. Even if we don't realise it, the body is sensitive to the space that surrounds us, so take the time to transform your bathroom into an oasis of calm.

In order to create a relaxing atmosphere, all distracting elements need to be removed. Dim the light and supplement it with candles to relieve even tired eyes.
