We will draw you in the process of meal preparation, while making you familiar with professional cooking procedures and together with us you will experience many a surprise that will enhance the experience from the meals and beverages of our tasting menu. This superb presentation is enabled by the Chef's Table, which is an original element of the Franz Joseph restaurant interior.

With strict perfection but also love, our team supervises the impeccable interplay of wines and tasting courses enriching their expertise and knowledge in the vineyards and cellars of the ViaJur winery. Culinary and sommelier arts intertwine in a harmonious whole of fine-tuned flavours of wine or non-alcoholic beverage pairing.

At your service

RESERVATION Hotel Lomnica offers a true adventure on a plate. To enjoy this outstanding culinary experience, one needs to set aside enough time. Tasting dinners require a reservation 24 hours in advance. We accept reservations for the tasting dinner 30 days in advance or less.
Purchasing a voucher does not automatically entail a reservation for the tasting dinner.
The reservation will be made by our colleagues at the reservation department on a specific day and time, at

Our tasting dinners are not suitable for children under the age of 12. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
We can hold the reservation for you on a given day for a maximum of 15 minutes. Be so kind to let us know in advance, should you be delayed.
If you choose a vegetarian version, please inform us in advance during your reservation.
The tasting menu cannot be adapted to allergies or food intolerances.

RECOMMENDED DRESSCODE: When visiting our restaurants, we kindly ask you to observe the– „smart casual” dress code: for ladies we recommend dresses, long trousers, blouse/shirt, formal shoes, and gentlemen are recommended long trousers, shirt/sweater, and formal shoes as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY The voucher is valid for one person. The voucher cannot be exchanged for other services of the Hotel Lomnica. You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 11 days before your reservation. In case of cancellation between 10 days and 48 hours before the date of the tasting dinner, you will be charged 50% of the price of all ordered services. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the date of the tasting dinner, you will be charged 100% of the price of all ordered services.
