Arrival

We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your treatment or therapy is scheduled to start, so that we have enough time to welcome you. We would ask that you notify us of any delays by telephone. We will try to give you your therapy or treatment for the full length of the appointment if at all possible in that case. However, in order to avoid having to postpone the next customer's treatment time, we may have to shorten the duration of your therapy or treatment. You will be charged the full price.

Rules in case of order cancellation

In the event of cancellation of any booked treatment

Less than 12 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100%.

Suitable clothing and lockers

The following clothing is required: a dressing gown or similar comfortable clothing and a slip made of plastic material.

For all treatments and therapies, the customer must wear underwear, swimwear, or disposable underwear, we offer these before the therapy. Visitors to the pools and hot tubs must wear a swimsuit at all times. Changing rooms and lockers are available for external and internal guests of Hotel Lomnica.

Restricted use of certain items

To ensure a peaceful environment allowing complete relaxation, the use of mobile phones and electronic devices is strictly prohibited. We would therefore like to ask you to,

respect the privacy of other guests and visitors and keep noise to a minimum. Should your behaviour have a negative impact on the quality of stay of other guests, you may be asked to leave the premises of the Wellness and Health Services Department. Smoking is strictly prohibited, including in and around the outdoor pool area.

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited from entering the wellness centre to protect their own safety.

Age of visitors (children and adolescents) Children under the age of 16 may only be in the wellness centre under the constant supervision of an adult.

Losses and damages

The Wellness Centre is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

Accidents and injuries

The hotel is not responsible for accidents or injuries that guests may suffer while using the hotel's facilities.

Valuables

You should not wear jewellery in the wellness centre, gym, swimming pool or adjacent areas. We recommend that you store any valuables in the safe in your room. Hotel Lomnica is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Recommendations

Gentlemen are advised to shave at least three hours in advance before having a facial.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the wellness centre, gym, swimming pool and adjacent areas.
