On the fourth of May, Hotel Lomnica will be again filled with the clatter of cutlery and plates full of unbelievable food. The first lady of the Tatras, Hotel Lomnica, in her Sissi restaurant, will host the Michelin-starred Anna Stuben restaurant, located in the South Tyrol region of the Italian Dolomites. What about the outcome? Of course, (g)astronomical) again.

We have teamed up our great chefs from Hotel Lomnica with star chefs from the Michelin-starred Anna Stuben restaurant and together they will prepare an exceptional 10-course tasting menu with wine pairing. Our Group Executive Chef Tomáš Ševčík and the chef of Anna Stuben restaurant Reimund Brunner together with their teams will take care of a fantastic evening.
The family-run Anna Stuben restaurant is located in Italy’s Val Gardena region of South Tyrol in the 5-star Gardena Grodnerhof Hotel. For the last 10 years, its kitchen has been led by chef Reimund Brunner, whose cuisine is inspired by the local ingredients of Upper Adige, but is also open to using ingredients from more distant areas, including fish and seafood, in dishes that are lighter and fresh.
