We have teamed up our great chefs from the Franz Josef fine dining restaurant with star chefs from the Michelin-starred restaurant Osteria di Passignano, and together they will prepare an exceptional 12-course tasting menu with wine pairings. The chef Matteo Lorenzini and his team and our amazing Tomáš Ševčík, Martin Klaučo and Patrik Pokravna will take care of a fantastic evening.
The Osteria di Passignano restaurant is part of the Antinori estate in the heart of the Chianti region. It is named after the old Badia di Passignano abbey, in whose wine cellars the exceptional Italian Chianti matures. In the kitchen, like us, they focus on seasonality and local ingredients to preserve the strong legacy of Tuscan traditions.
