Singer Carmel Paradise (proper name Carmel Paradise Buckingham) released her first single this year. It was symbolically launched in Bratislava by Carmel's sister Celeste Buckingham. As the young singer just recently celebrated her 21st birthday, our Pastry Chef Matúš Reľovský surprised her during the release party and presented her with a five-tier cake, the taste of which was designed in the style of Lomnica Cake. The preparation of the chocolate gem was not easy at all and took two whole days to prepare. The cake was decorated around the edges with notes, brightly coloured flowers and the top tier included a handmade microphone. Family, friends and famous personalities or colleagues came to support the singer on her special day. Current SuperStar Tereza Mašková, singer Veronika Strapková, singer Matěj Vávra and others, who, of course, could not resist the sinfully good dessert.
