The story of F&B manager Petr Mudrý does not have a completely traditional scenario. At a time when his career in Sydney started to take the right tone after seven years of living in Australia, he decided to take an unconventional step - to return to Slovakia. The foreign experience, in his own words, gave him what he would have struggled to learn in these parts, which is perhaps why his return to his native country literally gave him a culture shock.
